When you subscribe to the Buy My Affection gift delivery service, we ask for (or retrieve from our partners) your email address, a password, your name, your postal address, and your telephone number. We use this information to communicate with
you concerning the administration of your account, and during the gift delivery process to notify you of progress and to resolve any problems.
As these functions are necessary to proper account administration and gift delivery, we do not offer an opt-out from such data collection or communications.
When you purchase a gift for a Buy My Affection member, we ask for your email address, name, telephone number, credit card number, and information to confirm the credit card belongs to you. We use this information during the gift delivery process to notify you of progress, collect payment, and to resolve any problems.

In no event will we release your personal information to anyone except if it's related to a gift delivery, or paying for said delivery.

Only those Buy My Affection employees who have a legitimate business purpose for accessing the personal information collected by us are authorized to do so. Unauthorized access to or use of personal information by an employee is prohibited and constitutes grounds for disciplinary action. In addition, our management systems are configured so as to block or restrict employee access from those without access privileges.
Buy My Affection's gift delivery partners are held to data protection policies and non-disclosure agreements. We make our partners put up a $5,000 bond against any data leaks.
